I get comments all the time about my brush handling and people ask, how did I learn to handle my brush so well. I tell them it was a lot of practice. But it isn't done while I am painting on an actual painting. I practice brush strokes on scrap sheets of paper to learn what my brush can do.

Paint-a-long Details: this paint-a-long will be done on Stonehenge Aqua 300lb Cold Press using Holbein Watercolors. We will be learning about still-lifes and painting glass. There are a few flaws in this photo that I will talk about and fix in the paint-a-long.
