Have you always wanted to try a different medium or a different technique, paper, board or even take a workshop with many different teachers but just don't want to pay a large sum to do so, at an expo materials type workshop that is exactly the thing you can do and it won't cost you an arm and a leg.
The Vermont Art Event is one of those workshops
that lasts 5 days and there are many different classes that cover many different mediums with many different teachers.
There are morning classes, mid-day classes and evening classes and you can pick and choose as many or as few a classes as you like. If you can only make one day and one class that perfectly fine. you can mix up your classes along with days and times, it's all good.
The best thing about these workshop classes is you don't
have to bring with supplies, everything is supplied for you so you can try different mediums without having to spend a bundle to try something new.
Most of the workshop like this hire professional teachers that work with a line of products that the teacher loves to work with. The teachers are more than willing to show you how wonderful the products they use perform, it's a win-win for all.
For a good 6 years now I have endorsed the
Holbein products of watercolors, fluid acrylics and the Holbein Gold brushes. They are super professional products and I use them when creating all my paintings.
