Welcome to the FLOAT-YOUR-PIGMENT Newsletter #494

Hello from Louisville, Kentucky!
I am working a 3 day workshop for the Kentucky Watercolor Society and this will be my last workshop of the year. I have judged their AQUEOUS 2024 exhibition and it reminded me that this was the exact show where I won my 1st award of any exhibition way back in 1983 or 1984.

My 2025 workshops are listed below and there will probably be only about 5 workshops the whole year. I am cutting back on travel workshops next year so I can finish a bunch of things that I have been planning for quite some time. One of those things is a book that I want to finally finish about learning to draw from your minds-eye, which will also be a 2 month online course. I also will be entering a lot more plein-air events and hopefully getting a few exhibitions under my belt. Stay tuned on all the new things I have planned. My online paint-a-longs and demonstrations will still happen along with my newsletter and hopefully a couple of online classes too.
