Here we are in 2025 and I hope you are excited about making this the year for painting up a storm! I hope to inspire you to photograph, sketch, and paint many
wonderful works of art.
I am having some problems with my computer that I use to shoot all my videos. I am sorry that I had to, for only the 2nd time since 2020, cancel a paint-a-long. This week's paint-a-long will be the image that I was going to do last week. Let's hope that my laptop doesn't go down before Thursday. Looking to get my machine fixed in the next week.

Sunlight and Overcast in a Value Sketch
When planning your value sketch in watercolor there is a very big difference when working from a sunlit scene to an overcast scene. Check out the differences in this video below.
