Welcome to the FLOAT-YOUR-PIGMENT Newsletter #505
How is your painting coming along for 2025? I hope you are getting some painting in and looking forward to a great year of learning and painting. I hope my
teachings will help you in your quest of becoming a better watercolorist. I'm taking time off from teaching so many live workshops as I have done in the past. I will be focusing on finishing up a book I have said I would publish about 8 years ago. I'm also thinking that it will be an online course where you practice your drawing everyday for 66 days. This book and course will help you draw from your minds-eye. I will however still have 2 workshops in 2025 and one is in Santa Fe with MISA and the other is at Dillman's in Wisconsin. These are the only live workshops I will be doing this year so please sign-up asap so you will get a spot.

2 weeks ago I pre-recorded a video for Legion and Watercolor Live and I asked Watercolor Live and Legion if I could show you this one and they were fine with me showing it to you. Here is the video I did for them showing the new panels and showing you how to wax your watercolors and mount them into a frame. See Video Below.

Bev Jozwiak paints some great ballerinas. I met Bev at Dillman's years ago and I found out she also works on Legion's Stonehenge Aqua Hot Press.
