13 Paintings in 7days Below, Done Plein-air in Easton

Below are 13 Watercolor/Gouache paintings I painted at the Easton Event. This was a very hard task, but when you work that hard on creating so much work, you also learn a great deal. I highly recommend you paint as much as you can for a week and see how much it can help.

Above is a 14x18 watercolor

Above was a 16x20 Watercolor/Gouache. The paintings got bigger as the week went on.

The above painting was 20x24 and took me 6 hours to paint, and was a competition piece. We had to enter 2 competition pieces.

This was the second competition piece, which was also 20x24

This was also 20x24 nocturnal, done in watercolor/gouache

Above was a 14x18 watercolor/gouache

This was the smallest of the paintings at 12x16

This was the Quick paint event where you had to paint it in 2 hours. This one is 12x24 and won me a 2nd place award.

All paintings were done in a span of 7 days and out of the 13 paintings, 11 sold.

This was such a good experience to have to paint non-stop for a week that I totally recommend you give it a try, take a week and paint 2 paintings everyday. I know it will teach you so so much!
